Weighed in this morning at a whopping 178. Not sure what I did yesterday that was so bad, but got some work to do to get back down to 175. Damn!
Breakfast -- atkins bar and three beef sticks
Lunch -- spinach salad, onions, quac, and corned beef for protein
Afternoon snack -- 4oz beef jerky from Whole Foods
Dinner -- Atkins bar and 4 beef sticks
