Tuesday, week 5
Did my first level 2 class last night, it went well.
Down to 173.3 lbs today = 78.8kg.
Breakfast: 2.5oz of sweet potato diced and sauteed in olive oil, then thrown in with two eggs. 2oz of salami to get my full protein blocks.
