Breakfast
Atkins bar, two beef sticks, slim jim, big bowl of blueberries and a handful (maybe 10) almonds
Lunch - Salad at work cafe, with salmon on top
Dinner - Fat free yogurt, two cups of milk, two pieces of cheddar cheese, three fried eggs
